What Does Your Child Really Want?

Whether you have a little boy who uses the birth cry when he wants to ask for something, it’s an uphill task for parents trying to guess what their kids want.. Mothers often agonize over what new reading books would be best, what what font colour and etc is best right now, or whether or not the DIY textbook is sophisticated enough for her child. The heart of a great home program is knowing what your child really wants every time. Let him voice his own opinion.

Asking your child is probably the easiest way to find out his needs.Ask him and he will tell you. Young children always know what they want but they very often can not express it. Young children cannot always retrieve the word they want when they want it.

A simple question and a choice board can help enormously. Teachers say quietly to the screaming boy, “Are you hungry?” and then fathers hold up a little choice board with YES, NO, and OTHER written on it in large print as recommended by Glenn Doman.
